Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb or Beef cut into chunks
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 500 ml Beef Stock
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Brown the meat on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onions and cook until softened.
  • 4. Add the carrots and potatoes.
  • 5. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread.
