Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Add the chopped carrots, lentils, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until lentils are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
