Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • 3. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 4. Pour in chicken broth and add potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
