Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
4. Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
For a thicker stew, mix 2 tbsp of flour with 1/4 cup of water and stir into the stew during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
