Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and stir to coat.
4. Pour in the beef broth, add the potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
