Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Flour for thickening

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and stir to coat.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, add the potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
