Butter
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
4. Add the clams and cook until they open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any that do not open.
5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes:
Feel free to add some fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for extra flavor.
