Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  • 6. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes.
