Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
3. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Add the diced sweet potatoes, chicken broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
