garlic, minced

low-sodium beef broth

thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown the beef in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add peas and thyme, cook for another 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
