Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 lb Pork Shoulder diced
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Lima Beans
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the diced chicken breast and pork shoulder over medium heat until browned.
  • 2. Add the corn, lima beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir well.
  • 3. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day after the flavors have melded together.
