Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the diced chicken breast and pork shoulder over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the corn, lima beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir well.
3. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day after the flavors have melded together.
