Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the cubed beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
4. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, carrots, and potatoes.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
