Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef, cubed
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the cubed beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  • 4. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, carrots, and potatoes.
  • 5. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
