Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the pork chunks and brown on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook until fragrant.
4. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
5. Add the sliced carrots, cubed potatoes, and trimmed green beans.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours, or until the pork is tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
