Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add pork shoulder and cook until browned.
3. Stir in pork liver and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour in tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
5. Add potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
6. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Add green peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.

Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
