Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 200 g Pork liver, cubed
  • 2 pcs Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 pc Carrot, cubed
  • 1 pc Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pc Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 pc Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Green peas

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • 2. Add pork shoulder and cook until browned.
  • 3. Stir in pork liver and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 4. Pour in tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • 6. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Add green peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
