Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 4 Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in ranch dressing mix and beef broth.
  • 5. Add carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until beef is tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
