Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Add tomato sauce and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
  • Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque.
  • Slowly pour in beaten eggs while stirring continuously.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve hot.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
