Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add tomato sauce and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque.
Slowly pour in beaten eggs while stirring continuously.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve hot.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
