Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Green Chilies chopped
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned.
  • 4. Stir in the chopped green chilies, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cold day. Adjust the amount of green chilies to your spice preference.
