Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
Add diced tomatoes, fish stock, and water. Bring to a simmer.
Add diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add fish chunks and simmer until fish is cooked through.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
