Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in peanut butter, beef broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.

Adjust seasoning to taste.
