Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Red Bell Peppers seeded and chopped
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 piece Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Blend the bell peppers, tomatoes, and onion until smooth.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add the blended mixture to the pot and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the minced garlic, salt, and ground pepper. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice or your preferred side.

Notes:

This stew can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
