Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef cut into cubes
  • 500 g Pork cut into cubes
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • 2. In a large pot, brown the beef and pork cubes over medium heat.
  • 3. Add the carrots, onions, and potatoes to the pot.
  • 4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • 5. Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.
  • 6. Cook in the oven for about 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day, so consider making it ahead of time.
