Water
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. In a large pot, brown the beef and pork cubes over medium heat.
3. Add the carrots, onions, and potatoes to the pot.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.
6. Cook in the oven for about 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day, so consider making it ahead of time.
