Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 2 Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the pork chunks and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in the thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  • 6. Add the sliced apples and cook for another 15 minutes, until the apples are tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
