Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Add ground venison, cook until browned.
  • 4. Stir in carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
  • 5. Pour in beef broth, add thyme and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
