potatoes, diced

garlic, minced

beef broth

dried thyme

salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Add ground venison, cook until browned.
4. Stir in carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
5. Pour in beef broth, add thyme and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
