Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Okra, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Tomatoes, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  • 3. Add the sliced okra and cook for a few minutes.
  • 4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • 5. Add the shrimp, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
