Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Liver cut into pieces
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • 3. Add liver pieces and cook until browned.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add diced potatoes and sliced carrots, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

This liver stew is best served with crusty bread.
