Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, fish)
  • 2 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced leeks
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add leeks, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Gradually add fish stock, stirring constantly.
  • Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  • Add mixed seafood and cook until done.
  • Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
