Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak, cubed
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the cubed steak and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • 4. Stir in the tomato paste, then add the beef broth.
  • 5. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or celery for extra flavor.
