Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the cubed steak and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
4. Stir in the tomato paste, then add the beef broth.
5. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or celery for extra flavor.
