Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Add radishes, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
