Instructions:
Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Stir in ground crayfish and smoked fish.
Add kontomire leaves and stir well.
Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning cube.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Notes:
Serve with boiled yam, plantain, or rice.
