Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kontomire (cocoyam leaves) chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 pieces tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup palm oil
  • 1/2 cup ground crayfish
  • 1/2 cup smoked fish flaked
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cube seasoning optional

Instructions: 

  • Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • Stir in ground crayfish and smoked fish.
  • Add kontomire leaves and stir well.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning cube.
  • Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Notes:

Serve with boiled yam, plantain, or rice.
