beef broth

ground cumin

ground coriander

paprika

carrots, sliced

potatoes, cubed

Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the goat meat and brown on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes soften.
4. Pour in the beef broth and add the cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours or until the meat is tender.
6. Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot. Cook for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
7. Stir in the peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day as the flavors meld together.
