Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn (15 oz, drained)
  • 1 can Green Beans (15 oz, drained)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, and water to the pot. Stir to combine.
  • 3. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  • 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy your Hopkins County Stew!
