Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, and water to the pot. Stir to combine.
3. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
