Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the cubed pork shoulder and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the roasted green chilies, chicken broth, ground cumin, and dried oregano. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low and let the stew simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat before serving.
