Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the chicken and pork over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the onion and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the tomatoes, corn, lima beans, and chicken broth.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge.
