Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown the sausages in a skillet over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
Fry the bacon in the same skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Slice the potatoes and onions.
In a large ovenproof pot, layer the potatoes, onions, sausages, and bacon.
Pour the chicken broth over the layers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
