Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausages
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown the sausages in a skillet over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
  • Fry the bacon in the same skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Slice the potatoes and onions.
  • In a large ovenproof pot, layer the potatoes, onions, sausages, and bacon.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the layers.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and bake in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
