Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Stir to combine.
  • 4. Add the dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
  • 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
