Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth, add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

A perfect dish for a cold day.
