pork shoulder, cubed

sauerkraut, drained

chicken broth

bay leaves

caraway seeds

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
Add cubed pork shoulder, cook until browned.
Stir in sauerkraut, chicken broth, bay leaves, and caraway seeds.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaves before serving.
Notes:
Best served with crusty bread.
