Beef broth

Dried apricots, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft and golden.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides.
5. Stir in the tomato paste, turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon. Cook for a couple of minutes.
6. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
7. Add the chopped dried apricots and cook for another 10 minutes.
8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot with rice or bread.

Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste.
