1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.

3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
4. Add the kidney beans, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
5. Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
