Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add sausage and cook until browned.
  • Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add potatoes, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or celery.
