Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
5. Add the egg noodles and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until noodles are tender.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or potatoes.
