Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cups Egg noodles
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  • 5. Add the egg noodles and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until noodles are tender.
  • 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or potatoes.
