Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork ribs cut into pieces
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add pork ribs and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Remove ribs and set aside. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 4. Add carrots and potatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
  • 5. Return ribs to the pot. Add beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
