Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add pork ribs and brown on all sides.
3. Remove ribs and set aside. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
4. Add carrots and potatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Return ribs to the pot. Add beef broth, salt, and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
