Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cassava Flour
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 lb Beef cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  • 2. Gradually add cassava flour, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • 3. In another pot, cook beef until browned.
  • 4. Add tomato sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the beef. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Serve the stew hot with fufu.

Notes:

Fufu can be made with different types of flour, such as yam or plantain flour.
