Leftover pulled pork

Chopped onions

Diced potatoes

Chopped carrots

Chicken broth

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onions until they are translucent.
2. Add the diced potatoes and chopped carrots to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the leftover pulled pork to the pot and stir well.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
