Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork or Crab cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Greens chopped (collard, kale, or spinach)
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the pork or crab pieces, cook until browned.
  • 4. Pour in the chicken broth, add thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat, add the chopped greens, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

This stew is versatile; you can use any greens you have on hand.
