Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 4 Carrots sliced
  • 4 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a Dutch oven over the campfire.
  • 2. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • 4. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Add the carrots and potatoes, bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
