Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the sliced kielbasa over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes and sliced carrots, and cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth, and add the paprika, salt, and black pepper.
5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
