Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the sliced kielbasa over medium heat until browned.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and sliced carrots, and cook for a few minutes.
  • 4. Pour in the chicken broth, and add the paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
