Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. In the same pot, add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the carrots, celery, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • 5. Return the sausage and chicken to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day.
