drained and rinsed

chicken broth

dried thyme

dried rosemary

kale
chopped
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the sausage and cook until browned.
Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
Add the white beans, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the kale and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.

This stew is even better the next day!
