Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
Add sliced okra and cook for a few minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Serve hot.
Notes:
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with rice if desired.
