Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef cut into chunks
  • 2 pieces Onions chopped
  • 4 pieces Tomatoes blended
  • 2 tbsp Palm oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground pepper
  • 2 cubes Bouillon cubes

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • 3. Add the beef chunks and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 4. Stir in the blended tomatoes, salt, ground pepper, and bouillon cubes.
  • 5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.

Notes:

Best served with rice or yam.
